　17日のIrish Oaks（総賞金39万7200ユーロ、1着賞金22万5200ユーロ）は Shawanda が5馬身差で圧勝。しかも、上のSoumillon騎手のコメントを要約した物を読むと、残り150ヤードからは流していたようですな。2着 Playful Act は昨年のFillies' Mile (G1)で Maids Causeway を負かし、長期休養明けのLancashire Oaks (G2)を勝ったのだから決して弱くはないのだが。
　強いDerby馬から強い馬が出てきたのは喜ばしいのだが、とんでもない馬っぽいなぁ。今後はPrix Vermeille (G1)からArcへという予定で、 Divine Proportions と当たることは無さそうか。
